Commentary

This was a two (2) parcours shoot, 25 birds on each for a total of fifty (50) birds.

Our course setter decided it would be fun to shoot at an outgoing tower bird - from field 3!
The lead was described from boatload, 2 cars to some other non-repeatable descriptions.
All manners of chokes were dusted off and whipped into action for A, B and C on parcours 2.

Parcours 1 was the easier course, with the higher scores generally here.
The outgoing D bird caught quite a few people, and shooting at the edge of the rabbit had some of us reaching for 7 1/2 shot! Two full on shots were observed, with shot falling around the rabbit both times - LOST BIRD! Sorry Bas.

Our president continues his fine form with another HOA - score of 41 on this course.
Robert Yap moved up from winner A Class to runner up. Well done!

The Barnes brothers dominated B Class with 1st and 3rd. Dad looked please as punch sitting with them after the shoot. A family that shoots together?? Speaking of families - the Hado family took TWO first place finishes - Basilios with a win in his debut in D class and father Georges winning E Class, now that Bas has moved up. One more win for Bas and we might see him shooting C?? Hmmm

The youngsters represented themselves very well with Nikolas Hudson and Geofferey Chong taking 2nd in C Class and a win in Junior class respectively.
